Base Hourly Rate (Renting the Space Only)

Seating Hourly Rate (Includes Tables, Seating, Linens)

Includes use of first floor space, tables, linens, and chairs/seating for up to 75 people. Does not include cleaning services, security services, nor bar services (all available for additional charge)

Wedding Package Rate (For Ceremonies and/or Receptions)

  • Minimum 6 hours

Includes set up, changeover, use of first floor space, bride’s quarters, groom’s quarters, tables, and chairs/seating for up to 75 people & black or white linens (table covers & napkins)…
